Tricia
has over 10 years of experience on both client and supplier side
market research. She has extensive experience managing quantitative
and qualitative research projects from design phase through to
final report presentation.
She
has facilitated research projects in various markets across the
US and internationally, specifically
in the areas of new product
development, pricing, market segmentation, advertising awareness,
brand tracking, customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
Practiced
methodologies include new vehicle product clinics (static and
dynamic), online research, website usability testing, product
forums, focus groups, one-on-one interviews, intercepts, ethnographies,
immersions, and phone surveys. For the past 6 years, Tricia has
focused solely on the automotive research arena, primarily managing
vehicle clinics ranging from small drive studies to large-scale
static clinics.
In
her role as Senior Project Manager, Tricia coordinates logistical
items for our clinics, including design and planning
functions,
site preparation and administration, and focus group logistics.
She also manages on-site clinic staff.
Tricia
holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration – Marketing
from San Diego State University.
