Voycey Glen
Voycey is a qualitative research expert specializing in qualitative,
ethnographic and experiential methods.
Over
the last several years, Glen has managed numerous marketing research
projects in North America in various sectors including communications
automotive, packaged goods, financial, telecommunications, healthcare,
retail, and food & beverage with both adults and children.
These projects have included creative ideation, brand positioning,
packaging, product introduction, and depth consumer understanding. Glen’s
focus is getting deep inside the lives of people – well
beyond knowing them simply as consumers – and using these
insights to influence product and communication development.
Glen
holds an Honors B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Toronto
and an M.A. from Carleton University in Public Administration,
specializing in health policy. He has also studied qualitative
research at RIVA, in Bethesda, Maryland. He is a member of the
Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA).
