We leverage our extensive automotive expertise by joining forces with expert multi-cultural moderators and interviewers.

We also leverage our global automotive expertise and cultural understanding to develop uniquely effective research approaches and analyses for the United States market.

We go a step further when conducting multi-cultural research, recognizing that different cultural groups in the United States are not monoliths.

  • For instance, when conducting research with Latinos in the United States we feel it is imperative to understand regional differences and cultural differences within the Latino community.

  • As such, we take into account regional differences – Southern California versus South Florida versus New York/New Jersey, etc. – and cultural differences – Mexican-Americans versus Cuban-Americans versus Puerto Ricans, etc.
